On June 16, Moscow City Tourism Committee invited MICE industry leaders to an exclusive networking evening "On the Way to MGMC 2026". This event took place in the welcoming space on the 7th floor of Noôdome, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of central Moscow.
The guests were the very first to get acquainted with the concept of the upcoming Meet Global MICE Congress (MGMC). This large-scale international business tourism event is scheduled for December 16–17, 2026, at the World Trade Center.
The evening kicked off with a dynamic discussion: "The Anatomy of Business Tourism: Collision of Ambitions or a Competitive Ecosystem." The panel featured top executives from leading Russian associations, unions, and communities took part in the discussion.
During the MGMC presentation, guests were introduced to the architecture of the congress business program, strategis partnership opportunities, and a new, memorable, corporate identity of the project.
Following the official business agenda, guests enjoyed interactive entertainment designed to foster networking in a lighthearted atmosphere. A poetry stand-up by the evening's host, Anton Kukushkin, a theater and film actor, and a MICE quiz by the "60 Seconds Club" company, as well as an aroma bar by Aroma Event.
A gourmet buffet was catered by Be:Catering, while Divent and Decorio Event Design brought the venue to life with bright, interactive decor.
The event format successfully blended a high-level business agenda with casual communication, helping participants build new professional contacts and strengthening industry unity.
MGMC 2026 is set to become the key event of the winter business season. It is expected to draw a record number of participants, bringing together top industry players from the BRICS countries and the Global South to shape the strategic future of the MICE market
