PRAGUE, Czechia, 30 August–1 September 2026— Europe Congress is pleased to announce the 2026 edition of Events Club Forum, taking place from 30 August–1 September in Prague, Czechia. This unique MICE forum is designed to connect top-level international event planners with carefully selected MICE service providers from across Europe.
Over 2.5 immersive days of networking and destination discovery, participants will attend match-made, one-to-one B2B meetings, networking events at major MICE venues across the city, and destinationfocused activities designed to show the best of Prague, all while immersing themselves in Czechia’s historic capital city.
The event will feature two dinner evenings hosted at some of Prague’s biggest event venues—the upscale Hilton Prague, showcasing one of Europe’s largest conference facilities and stunning views of the Vltava river; and Maj House of Fun, a multi-story venue with a rooftop bar, panoramic views of Prague, and floors of arcade games, shops, and cafes.
The event will bring together 250+ selected participants from across Europe, as well as the UK, US, and Asia. Through a unique combination of exhibition and one-on-one meetings, event planners will have the chance to meet with 130+ suppliers, based on the regions and services they are most interested in; networking lunches, city tours, and coffee breaks provide extended opportunities for collaboration.
Five sightseeing tours organized by Czech Convention Bureau will show participants the best of Prague and provide an introduction to the city’s history through a walking tour of Prague Castle and Lobkowicz Palace; a Czech beer masterclass with Pilsner, where participants will learn from professional brewers and bartenders; a tasting of local Czech specialties and regional products; an e-bike tour of Prague’s panoramic viewpoints; and a walking tour following the sculptures of famous Czech artist David Černý, followed by a tasting of the Czech liquor, Slivovitz.
For the fifth consecutive year, Events Club Forum will be hosted at Prague Congress Centre, the top congress centre in Czechia hosting over 200 events per year. Considered the most beautiful city in the world, centrally located in Europe with easy flight connections around the world, and full of history, varied event spaces, and nightlife, Prague is an ideal setting for events of all sizes.
Limited spots are still available for event planners interested in joining this exclusive event. For more information or to register, contact Europe Congress at info@europecongress.com or visit www.europecongress.com
