DÜSSELDORF, Germany, 7–9 June 2026— Europe Congress is proud to announce the second annual Events Club Life Sciences Forum, taking place from 7–9 June 2026 at the Clayton Hotel in Düsseldorf, Germany. This exclusive, invitation-only B2B event is tailored specifically for life sciences event planners and MICE suppliers seeking to create meaningful partnerships in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global events industry.

In partnership with the Düsseldorf Convention Bureau, Europe Congress is bringing together a select community of professionals in life sciences events for the second-ever edition of this new B2B networking event. Over 2.5 days, participants will engage in pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, learn from expert-led keynote sessions, and enjoy networking activities and city tours in the global city of Düsseldorf.

“For Düsseldorf, the forum brings significant added value,” said Benjamin Demuth, Director of Convention at Düsseldorf Convention. “It strengthens international visibility, attracts top-tier decision-makers, and fosters direct exchange. This kind of high-level gathering generates valuable business opportunities, encourages new investments, and supports the long-term growth of our life sciences ecosystem.”

Hosted at Clayton Hotel Düsseldorf, a sophisticated bleisure hotel offering numerous meeting spaces, contemporary facilities, and a central location in Düsseldorf’s Little Japan, Germany’s largest Japanese district and home to Japanese cuisine, culture, and entertainment.

In addition to match-made meetings, participants will have the opportunity to explore Düsseldorf through city tours including a city walking tour, a guided bike tour of local monuments and iconic locations, beer tastings at breweries throughout the city, a visit to Düsseldorf’s former port, now the Media Harbor, a culinary walk through the Old Town, and a visit (with tasting) to Düsseldorf’s Little Japan.

Two dinners throughout the event will show participants unique venues in Düsseldorf: EUREF Campus Düsseldorf, an impressive space showcasing innovation in sustainability and renewable energy; and Oceandiva, a 100% electric-powered events ship with state-of-the-art facilities and flexible event spaces that will host a gala dinner complete with entertainment, drinks, and dancing.
