Events Club Associations Forum, a unique event for associations and PCOs planning large-scale events, will take place from 8–10 March 2026 in Budapest at the landmark Corinthia Budapest hotel. Catering specifically to association event planners and venues suitable for their events, Events Club Associations Forum is a one-of-a-kind networking event for event planners representing international associations.

MCE North & West Europe will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from 12–14 April 2026. The event will be held at the AC Hotel Bella Sky, a conference hotel ideally located with easy access to Copenhagen’s city center, where service providers in North and West Europe will meet with event planners currently intending to expand their business in the region.

The second edition of Europe Congress’ newest event, Events Club Life Sciences Forum, is designed specifically for event planners in the life sciences industry. This exclusive forum will be held from 7–9 June 2026 at the Clayton Hotel in the heart of Düsseldorf’s city center, catering to MICE professionals in pharma, biotech, and health & science events.

Events Club Forum, Europe Congress’ flagship event, will be held for the fifth consecutive year Prague, Czechia, from August 30–September 1, 2026. Events Club Forum is a groundbreaking event for the MICE industry that combines the traditional exhibition format with one-on-one B2B meetings, bringing together industry professionals for a three-day event at Prague Congress Centre, the top congress centre in Czechia.

MCE South Europe will be held in Valencia, Spain, from 18–20 October 2026. This event brings together MICE professionals planning events in South Europe with convention bureaus and venues in the region for networking events and destination awareness at the Meliá Valencia, an upscale bliesure hotel with easy access to the historical and vibrant city center.
