Hot off the closing of the largest ever IMEX Frankfurt, registration has now opened for a much-anticipated IMEX America 2025 in Las Vegas, October 7-9.
Buyer feedback from the 2024 edition shows that 96% agreed ‘IMEX is essential for my business’ while 98% judged the market-leading meetings and events industry trade show ‘worth attending.’
The IMEX team, which recently won a top 10 place in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work Awards 2025 (UK), continues to develop and improve its show experience and personalization services for attendees and exhibitors. These include a dedicated customer service team comprising knowledgeable staff, all of whom bring insights from other IMEX teams into their customer-facing roles.
Several technology and service improvements, which were robustly tested at IMEX Frankfurt, are also being rolled out for IMEX America. These include enhancements to the show app, the meetings booking system and networking recommendations.
Rising hunger for learning
“IMEX Frankfurt showed us there’s a rising hunger for learning that we haven’t witnessed at such scale before. We saw this both in professional development topics such as leadership, creativity and experience design and in the arena of personal health, well-being and connection. Given the changing nature of the US event planning market, I expect this to be even more marked in Las Vegas, and we have a stunning program to match!” says Tahira Endean, Head of Programming.
Talking about current market sentiment and some of the big factors at play, Carina Bauer, IMEX Group CEO, says: “Everyone in this industry knows that planners don’t just plan events. We create moments where people feel seen, heard and understood. We create the conditions for mattering. And we do that by bringing people together—face to face, in real time, in real places—across cultures, countries and companies. In a world where AI can fake a voice, a face, a message—what we create is something that can’t be faked. And I see that driving this need for real life connection within our global market right now.”
IMEX America takes place October 7-9, 2025 at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas. Register here.
