The EventMania festival, which took place in Dubai on September 9, brought together over 400 event industry professionals. The event served as a unique platform for networking, sharing experiences, and discovering new formats. Our festival is first and foremost about people. They are the heart of EventMania. Professionals meet on both sides of the table: event organizers and contractors, each of whom is creating the future of the industry. The festival became a platform where these creative minds and ambitious entrepreneurs could find each other, exchange ideas, and conclude new partnerships.
New Networking Opportunities
EventMania guests were able to personally connect with service providers who presented their solutions in an interactive format. The festival featured 20 exhibition booths, where it was possible to get acquainted with companies offering services from equipment rental and team building to gourmet catering and VR projects. Participants could create their own fragrance or consult with specialists on creating business platforms. The hall decor was once again handled by Celebration Station, which presented vibrant accents in the form of balloons and umbrellas with floral arrangements in a fountain.
Special interest was sparked by EventMaze — a speed-networking format, where 35 participants presented their services to 200 potential clients in three minutes. The host of this dynamic session was Dmitry Paderin.
Interactive Entertainment and Professional Insights
Unique entertainment zones were organized at the festival that simultaneously performed practical tasks:
• Podcast Studio: Participants could record interviews and receive finished branded video material.
• Photo Zones: Original photo zones with flowers and a big heart allowed guests to take high-quality photos and videos.
• Entertainment: Guests could receive consultations from an astrologer and a palm reader, participate in a tufting masterclass, and even sing their favorite song at a karaoke station.
TED Talks Show: A Look into the Future of the Event Industry
One of the most inspiring parts of the festival was the TED Talks Show zone. The host of this part of the program was Artur Babaev. Experts shared their experience in the format of short, 8-minute reports on the topic "Event Marketing 360°", providing valuable insights and practical advice.
Among the speakers were:
• Sujoy Cherian — The future of events: ESG, inclusion, hybrid formats, and the metaverse.
• Patrick Narracott — Technology and automation: the role of CRM, chatbots, and AI.

Show Program: Bright Emotions and Creativity
A vibrant show program, hosted by Nikita Menshov, added dynamics and unforgettable impressions to the festival. Starting with an explosive NOIZE show on drums, guests were delighted with performances by DJ Sergey Pankratov, pop singer Ksenia Gaponenko, illusionists Pavel Bakh and Abdelghani Tazi, and folk musician Issa Khalof on the "Bazouki" instrument, demonstrating how creativity and mastery can make any event special. The program ended powerfully with a performance by the cover band "RichBand".

Following three dynamic days of business, networking, and knowledge exchange, ITB India 2025 concluded today, bringing together international and local exhibitors with curated buyers and reaffirming its role as the premier meeting point for the region’s travel industry.
Egypt enters 2025 as one of the region’s most dynamic business travel and MICE destinations, driven by record-breaking tourism performance, stronger connectivity, and a rapid upgrade of hotels, airports, and event venues.
As we move towards 2026, the MICE industry faces a timely opportunity: to redefine not just how events are hosted, but why. Gone are the days when success was measured solely by badge scans and hotel bookings. Today, the most meaningful conferences are those that leave a mark long after the last roundtable ends.
This unusual famtrip offered participants the “best of the best”: the most striking locations, the most iconic hotels, the most spectacular ballrooms, the most delicious restaurants – and all this in the company of MICE&more founder Lina Moskvina, a renowned expert in the premium segment.
