SAii Lagoon Maldives 5*: Designed specifically for MICE

The SAii Lagoon Maldives 5* resort is located just 15 minutes by speedboat from the international airport. The hotel belongs to the upscale hotel brand Curio Collection by Hilton. Its concept was originally designed not only for individual clients, but also for MICE and group reception. 

We visited the hotel and want to say that it is ideal for a company’s managers and employees that want to escape from reality to the paradise for a few days. By the way! You can even stay at the hotel for a few hours while waiting for your flight, by booking a day stay. 

What impresses the most: the hotel is connected by the pedestrian bridge with the CROSSROADS Maldives resort and entertainment complex and its marina. Guests can visit the 5-star PADI Diving Centre or the Marine Discovery Centre. The Hard Rock Café beach club and restaurant with its unique atmosphere is just a few steps away from the hotel!

And now about the MICE field. SAii Lagoon Maldives 5* has a separate department that deals with groups, there are specialized rooms and outdoor spaces, as well as a wide variety of activities (fishing, team building, sunset cruises, workshops for local crafts). The most spectacular events can be organized on the beach or by the pool overlooking the beautiful lagoon. A beach party can gather several hundred vacationers. 

Our centre of attraction is the CROSSROADS Event Hall, which is reached by the bridge walking literally 100 m from the hotel. It is a unique multi-purpose venue in the Maldives, with its area of 463 m2, high ceilings, and three conference halls. Here you can rent a ballroom for special events. The maximum number of participants is 300 persons, but usually the event hall is rented by groups of 30 to 60 guests. All necessary technical equipment is available including a LED screen. There is a professional event management and catering team.

The SAii Lagoon Maldives 5* hotel adheres to the trend of sustainable development. The island leaves no garbage, there is complete recycling of waste, and near the lagoon, you can admire dolphins.
