France in Dubai? Yes! At the Newest BISOU Restaurant

Next Previous •

Probably, it is not necessary to translate that bisou means a kiss? This restaurant in the center of Dubai combines French classics and the spirit of the Middle East. The French cuisine is considered a kind of a benchmark in the gourmet world, but when you add a bit of oriental magic, a dinner turns into a sensual symphony of taste. As is stated in the menu “Our dishes are a love message, a fusion of passion and imagination that knows no boundaries.”

Such an unusual culinary journey is led by the Russians — famous brand chef Vladimir Chistyakov and chef Aleksandr Loshinin. Among the specialties are date tahini with yuzu caviar, foie gras terrine with apricots, bouillabaisse with rouillette and garlic croutons, as well as tender shoulder of lamb with root vegetables. Whatever you choose in the menu, you will not lose. And, as Lina Moskvina, Chief Editor of MICE&more, says, “Don't even think about leaving without tasting honey cake!”

Of course, the Bisou wine list is also fascinating. It showcases the unique terroirs and wine-making traditions of each region presenting complex tastes from different parts of France and other countries.

The restaurant belongs to the Metafoodies Group and is located in The Opera District, which is called the cultural center of the city. The Dubai Opera House, the Burj Khalifa skyscraper and the huge shopping mall with the Dubai Mall ice rink are within walking distance.
