Hilton (NYSE: HLT) has revealed a partnership with M Hospitality to launch Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa in Ras Al Khaimah, the northernmost emirate of the UAE. Expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2026, this upscale property will join Hilton’s rapidly expanding collection of 80 hotels spanning 11 brands in the Middle East.
Carlos Khneisser, the vice president of development for the Middle East & Africa at Hilton, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration with M Hospitality, highlighting the significant growth potential in Ras Al Khaimah due to the anticipated influx of over 3.8 million visitors by 2027. With two operational hotels already on Marjan Island, the addition of Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will greatly enhance the offerings in the region.
The resort will feature 315 spacious king rooms, 35 suites, six dining venues, a fitness club, a spa, a sky pool with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, tennis courts, a kids club, and various leisure facilities. Additionally, the property will include an executive lounge, meeting rooms, and a ballroom accommodating up to 300 guests.

Situated amidst Ras Al Khaimah’s picturesque coastline and diverse landscapes, Hilton Marjan Island Beach Resort & Spa will offer convenient access, being just an hour's drive from Dubai International Airport and 20 minutes from Ras Al Khaimah International Airport. The hotel will also be located next to Hampton by Hilton Marjan Island.
