Europe Congress is excited to have announced their 2025 event calendar. Known for boutique events that focus on B2B networking, destination awareness, and deepening participants’ industry knowledge, Europe Congress is excited to announce six new events for 2025, including the premier meeting of the much-anticipated Events Club Life Sciences Forum.
MCE Central & Eastern Europe will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, from February 9th to 11th, 2025. International event planners and service providers, primarily from Central and Eastern Europe, will make new business connections and learn about Türkiye as a MICE destination at the Rixos Premium Belek, an all-inclusive resort hotel and spa.
Events Club Associations Forum, a unique event for associations and PCOs planning large-scale events, will take place from March 9th to 11th, 2025 in Riga, Latvia, at the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel in Riga’s city center.
MCE North & West Europe will be held in London, The United Kingdom, from April 6th to 8th, 2025. The event will be held at the beautifully refurbished Mercure London Earls Court, where participants will connect with event planners and service providers working in North and West Europe with the intention of expanding their business in the region.
Events Club Forum, Europe Congress’ flagship event, will take place as always in Prague, Czechia, from September 7th to 10th, 2025. Events Club Forum is an exclusive, groundbreaking event for the MICE space, bringing together industry professionals for a three-day event at Prague Congress Centre, the number one congress centre in Czechia.
MCE South Europe will be held in Albufeira, Algarve, Portugal, from October 19th to 21st, 2025. This event brings together MICE professionals planning events in South Europe for networking events and destination awareness at the Grande Real Santa Eulália Resort & Hotel Spa, a five star beachfront hotel in Albufeira.
Events Club Life Sciences Forum is Europe Congress’ newest event, specifically for event planners in the life sciences industry. This exclusive, invitation-only forum will take place in Madrid, Spain, from November 2nd to 4th, 2025 at the Meliá Castilla, a refined business and leisure hotel in the heart of Madrid.
